Items will only be sent to an address within Japan.
There may be cases where delivery takes longer due to weather, traffic, and regional reasons.
Delivery Time
WTAPS - Please note, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will not be processed or shipped until the following Business Day. As well, inquiries via email are also not supported during Weekends and Holidays.
Orders placed during the Weekday will be processed the following Business Day.

Business Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For Returned or Exchanged
We do not accept returns or exchanges of product. However, if there is an initial manufacturer defect or the item has been damaged during delivery, we will accept the exchange. In this case, please contact us with the item order number, within 7 days of receiving delivery. If it is determined that an item qualifies for an exchange, please return the item to us and a replacement will be prepared, please note to having shipping fees paid by receiver when returning goods. If a replacement item is not available for the exchange, we will fully refund your order. Please note, it is our policy not to accept a return or exchange 7 days after receiving delivery of goods, even if the package is in new, unopened condition. Thank you for your understanding.
