- All orders are processed the next day. Orders are typically shipped within seven days of confirmation. The logistics and customer service are closed on weekends including the new year holidays.

- We cannot combine separate orders.

- We do not offer international shipping.
- Q. Can you gift wrap?
- We do not offer gift wrapping.
- Q. Can I change the payment method after the payment has been confirmed?
- Credit cards may be used for "cash on delivery” option services.
- Q. I want to know the release dates of products.
- Because the release date can easily changed, we refrain from disclosing them. However, release date announcements are made via our official Instagram when confirmed.
