Q. Can I cancel or change the order I placed?
No, we do not accept any cancels or changes.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
All orders are processed the next day. Orders are typically shipped within seven days of confirmation. The logistics and customer service are closed on weekends including the new year holidays.
Q. Can you combine multiple different orders when shipping?
We cannot combine separate orders.
Q. Can you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
Q. Can you gift wrap?
We do not offer gift wrapping.
Q. Can I change the payment method after the payment has been confirmed?
Credit cards may be used for "cash on delivery” option services.
Q. I want to know the release dates of products.
Because the release date can easily changed, we refrain from disclosing them. However, release date announcements are made via our official Instagram when confirmed.
